LEAF STOPPER GUTTER GUARD: HOW IT WORKS

Leaf Stopper provides a Mesh Shield that covers your gutters and roof valleys to keep out leaves and debris, so water can be safely channelled away from your home.

The Mesh Shield is attached to the front lip of the gutter and then to the top of your tile or metal roof, leaving no gaps for leaves. The aim is to enable the leaves to be blown away naturally.

EASY DIY INSTALLATION

Leaf Stopper is fixed to your gutter edge using interlocking Trimets that slot together making DIY installation simple. It also has holes pre-drilled at the correct widths so all you need is a ladder and basic power tools to finish the job.

  • SECURE THE MESH TO GUTTER

    Roll out the mesh shield along your gutter. Secure it to the gutter edge using the provided screws and interlocking Trimets.

  • MAKE EXPANSION CUTS

    Make expansion cuts along the Mesh Shield with cutting snips to allow it to mould around the shape of your roof.

  • FASTEN THE MESH TO THE ROOF

    Take the provided Corro Saddles and fasten Mesh Shield over the rib. Screw them in place with the provided screws.

HAVE A TILED ROOF?

If your roof is tiled, simply follow the instructions below to install Leaf Stopper on your gutters and valleys.

Your kit will arrive with Mesh Shield, screws and interlocking Trimets in your chosen colour.

  • SECURE THE MESH TO GUTTER

    Roll out the mesh shield along your gutter. Secure it to the gutter edge using the provided screws and interlocking Trimets.

  • MAKE EXPANSION CUTS

    Make expansion cuts in the Mesh Shield with cutting snips to allow it to mould to the shape of your roof tiles.

  • TUCK THE MESH

    Take the Mesh Shield and tuck it under the second row of tiles on your roof and you’re done!
